ATHERA IS A STEADILY GROWING NETWORK OF OVER 120 PHYSIOTHERAPY PRACTICES AND MORE THAN 900 EMPLOYEES. PROBLEM: QUALIFIED STAFF ARE HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER IN THE INDUSTRY AND FREQUENTLY CHANGE EMPLOYERS.

TASK

Development of a modern employer image and a recruitment campaign for the target group of physiotherapists who are looking for a job with a future. Athera should therefore become the first port of call for applicants.

OBJECTIVE

To raise awareness of the “Athera” brand and position the company as a likeable company with innovative ideas, strong social benefits, great training opportunities and great teamwork. Inspire qualified applicants and convince them that a large organization offers better opportunities than a small practice.

IDEA

The strength of a large company meets the community of friendly colleagues. “It's better together”. For ourselves and our patients.

RESULT

The number of applicants has risen sharply. The satisfaction of ATHERA employees and the length of stay in the practices has increased. The message of “Together” is working.
