DEKRA IS THE GLOBAL PARTNER FOR A SAFE AND SUSTAINABLE WORLD.
WHILE DEKRA IS PRIMARILY KNOWN IN GERMANY FOR VEHICLE TESTING, THERE IS NO CLEAR IMAGE OF DEKRA AS AN EMPLOYER IN OTHER COUNTRIES.

HOWEVER, DEKRA HAS A HIGH GLOBAL DEMAND FOR EXPERTS IN TECHNICAL AND ENGINEERING FIELDS. WE HAVE TO OFFER THESE SPECIALISTS A CONVINCING REASON TO COME TO DEKRA.

TASK

Development of global employer communication for DEKRA.

OBJECTIVE

Position DEKRA as an attractive, sustainable employer, where people with technical skills in particular can contribute to a safe and sustainable world.

IDEA

The symbol of the checkbox. The checkbox is directly related to DEKRA as a testing organization and makes the campaign unique.
The checkboxes give us the opportunity to communicate content and messages clearly in short triad headlines. A mechanism that allows easy translation into any national language.

RESULT

The campaign was launched in Germany in December 2023 and is gradually being rolled out worldwide.
