ABOUT THE PROJECT

POWER PLANT OPERATORS ARE A RARE SPECIES ON THE MARKET. YOUNG PEOPLE OFTEN HAVE THE WRONG IDEA ABOUT THIS WORK AND ESPECIALLY ABOUT SHIFT WORK. FOR US, IT IS A MORE THAN EXCITING TASK TO FAMILIARIZE OURSELVES WITH THE JOB OF A POWER PLANT OPERATOR AND TO SUPPORT ENERVIE IN RECRUITING.

ENERVIE is a utility company in NRW that operates gas and hydropower plants. To recruit power plant operators for this demanding job, ENERVIE launched a large-scale OOH, digital and ambient campaign in its home region.

TASK

To develop a recruiting campaign for employees at the power plant.

OBJECTIVE

Qualitative: Targeting career changers with training in an electrical engineering profession or industrial mechanics.

Quantitative: Generate at least 100 qualified contacts (direct applications or inquiries).
