EXYTE IS A LEADING GLOBAL SUPPLIER AND MANUFACTURER OF HIGH-TECH EQUIPMENT FOR BLUE CHIP CUSTOMERS IN THE SEMICONDUCTOR, PHARMACEUTICAL AND BIOTECHNOLOGY MARKETS. THE PERSONNEL CRISIS IS HITTING EXYTE HARD. IN ADDITION, THE BRAND IS LARGELY UNKNOWN.

TASK

Develop an employer branding campaign for Exyte. In addition to building the employer the employer brand and recruiting, awareness is an important component of the campaign.

OBJECTIVE

To build up and “explain” the company and the employer brand in order to reach critical target groups such as engineers, project managers and IT.

IDEA

A branding-oriented campaign that uses the brand icon and the “x” in Exyte in all headlines and the hashtag #exytecareersareexciting. And rolled out internationally after just 3 months.

RESULT

The campaign launched in 10/22.
