ABOUT THE PROJECT
MELITTA IS A MEDIUM-SIZED FAMILY BUSINESS THAT IS PARTICULARLY WELL KNOWN FOR ITS COFFEE. PROBLEM: AT THE START OF THE CAMPAIGN, MELITTA HAD A STALE IMAGE ON THE LABOR MARKET.
TASK
Develop an employer branding campaign that gives Melitta a more modern image image and meet the needs of Gen Y and Gen Z.
OBJECTIVE
Raise awareness of Melitta's diversity, capitalize on brand awareness, Rejuvenate Melitta and make it more attractive.
