WITH AROUND 14 MILLION CUSTOMERS, THE POSTBANK GROUP IS THE NO. 1 FINANCIAL SERVICES PROVIDER IN EVERYDAY LIFE. THESE 14 MILLION DO NOT WANT STOCK EXCHANGES AND BITCOIN. BUT NORMAL BANKING WITH NORMAL BANKERS. FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS AT EYE LEVEL.
TASK
Development of an employer branding campaign for Postbank. Addressing broad target groups, from specialists at the head office to trainees and counter staff in the individual branches.
OBJECTIVE
To inspire employees and talents for Postbank who are as close to the customer as Postbank itself. Gladly career changers, gladly newcomers.
IDEA
The somewhat different bank is looking for somewhat different bankers.
RESULT
Innovative employer image, geared towards highly competitive target groups. Postbank's brand identity was taken into account in the process, the changed requirements of the target group and the corresponding opportunities at Postbank.
