TASK

Recruitment campaign for VTG, Europe's largest private lessor of freight wagons and one of the leading logistics companies.

OBJECTIVE

To make VTG known to the relevant target groups and convince them that VTG offers fascinating jobs in technology and logistics. And that there is an atmosphere characterized by trustful interaction, openness, commitment and solution-oriented thinking and action.

IDEA

A creative concept that enhances VTG and appeals to potentials who are not afraid of of progress and change: “Move to get things moving.”

RESULT

Not at all stuck: The number of applications has increased, the applicants fit to the company and the emphasis on sustainability is convincing.
